Plan comparison, what is included in each plan, how to switch plans and top up your balance.

How to top up your balance

Open the "Balance" section
In your account, go to Balance in the left menu. - 2
Click "Top up balance"
Choose an amount or enter a custom one. - 3
Pay via the payment system
We accept Visa/Mastercard and other cards. - 4
Balance is updated automatically
Usually takes a few seconds after payment.
Make sure you have enough balance for automatic plan renewal.
Switching plans
In your account, open the store card → "Plan" section. Choose a new plan and billing period (monthly or annual with 30% discount). The cost is deducted from your balance.
When downgrading, some features may become unavailable. Payments already made are non-refundable.
Auto-renewal
Auto-renewal is enabled by default: on the plan expiry date, the system deducts the required amount from your balance. If the balance is insufficient — the store will be suspended. You can disable auto-renewal in the plan settings.
