Broadcasting via Max

Ordify lets you send messages to all customers who have placed orders via your Max bot. Great for announcing promotions, new items and personal offers.

Broadcasts only reach customers who have interacted with your Max bot at least once.


How to send a broadcast

    Open the "Broadcasts" section in the admin panel

    The section is in the left menu.

    Select the Max platform

    Switch to the Max tab to send a message to customers in that messenger.
  3. 3

    Enter your message text

    Plain text, no HTML markup.
  4. 4

    Click "Send"

    The message will be delivered to all customers who have used the Max bot.
