How to Set Up Your Menu: Categories and Items

Creating categories, adding products, uploading photos, prices, modifiers and hiding items.

How to open the admin panel

Open slug.ordify.ru/admin, where slug is your store address. Username: admin, password — from the store card in your account (section "Admin Panel").


Creating categories

    Go to "Menu → Categories"

    In the admin panel left menu.

    Click "Add category"

    Enter a name, upload an icon (optional).

    Set the order

    Drag categories into the desired order — this is how they appear in the mini app.
  4. 4

    Save

    The category will immediately appear in the mini app.

Create at least one category before adding products.


Adding products

  1. 1

    Go to "Menu → Products"

    Click "Add product".
  2. 2

    Fill in the product card

    Name, description, price. You can add a sale price.
  3. 3

    Upload a photo

    Recommended size — 800×800 px, JPG or PNG format, max 5 MB.

    Choose a category

    The product will be linked to the correct menu section.
  5. 5

    Add badges

    e.g. "New", "Best seller", "On sale" — shown on the product card.
  6. 6

    Save

    The product will appear in the mini app immediately.

Hiding items

If an item is temporarily unavailable, toggle the "Active" switch in the product card. The product will not be deleted — it will just be hidden from the mini app.


Plan limits

On the free Start plan you can add up to 10 items. On Pro and Business — unlimited.
