Order Payments: Cash and Card

Available payment methods for customers, how to configure payment options and receive payment notifications.

Available payment methods

When placing an order, the customer chooses a payment method. Ordify supports payment on receipt — cash or card.

  • Cash on receipt — customer pays the courier or at the pickup point
  • Card on receipt — card payment to the courier or at the counter

Only enable payment methods that are actually available at your venue.


Configuring payment methods

    Open "Settings" → payment section

    In your store admin panel.

    Enable the required methods

    You can enable one or both options.

    Save

    Changes are reflected immediately at checkout.

Payment info in the order

Each order card in the admin panel shows the selected payment method. This helps you prepare change or a card terminal before the customer arrives.
