Order Payments: Cash and Card
Available payment methods for customers, how to configure payment options and receive payment notifications.
Available payment methods
When placing an order, the customer chooses a payment method. Ordify supports payment on receipt — cash or card.
- Cash on receipt — customer pays the courier or at the pickup point
- Card on receipt — card payment to the courier or at the counter
Only enable payment methods that are actually available at your venue.

Open "Settings" → payment section

Enable the required methods
You can enable one or both options. - 3
Save
Changes are reflected immediately at checkout.
Payment info in the order
Each order card in the admin panel shows the selected payment method. This helps you prepare change or a card terminal before the customer arrives.
