Setting Up Delivery and Pickup Points
How to add pickup points, configure delivery zones and manage addresses in the admin panel.
Order fulfillment types
Ordify supports two fulfillment types, which the customer selects at checkout:
- Pickup — customer selects a location and preferred time.
- Delivery — customer enters a delivery address.
Setting up pickup points

Open "Pickup points" in the admin panel
The section is in the left menu. - 2
Click "Add point"
Enter a name, address, city, opening hours. - 3
Activate the point
Make sure the "Active" toggle is on — the point will appear in the list at checkout.
Add multiple points if you have several locations. The customer will choose the most convenient one at checkout.
Delivery by address
When choosing delivery, the customer enters the address manually (city, street, building, apartment, floor, entrance). The data arrives in the admin panel with the order.
Delivery cost and zones are set manually — state the conditions in the bot description or on a banner in the mini app.
