Broadcasting Messages to Customers via Telegram

How to send a broadcast to all store customers: promotions, new items, personal offers directly in Telegram.

Why use broadcasts

A broadcast lets you send a message to all customers who have ever placed an order via your bot. Use it to announce promotions, new items, seasonal offers or important news.

Broadcasts are available on Pro and Business plans.


Creating a broadcast

    Open "Broadcasts" in the admin panel

    Click "Create broadcast"

    Fill in the content

    • Title — for internal reference
    • Message text — up to 1000 characters
    • Image — optional, increases open rate
    • Button — label and link (e.g. "Open menu")

    Select audience

    All customers or only those who ordered in the last N days.
  5. 5

    Click "Send"

    Messages are sent gradually to avoid exceeding Telegram limits.

Telegram does not allow messaging users who have blocked the bot. Such contacts are skipped automatically.


Broadcast statistics

After sending, the broadcast list shows: how many messages were sent, how many were not delivered. Use this data to evaluate reach.
