What are promo codes

Promo codes are short codes that customers enter at checkout to receive a discount. Use them for promotions, ad campaigns and loyalty programs.

Creating a promo code

   Open "Promo codes" in the admin panel

   Click "Create promo code"

   Fill in the parameters

   • Code — e.g. SUMMER20
   • Discount type — percentage or fixed amount
   • Discount amount — e.g. 20% or $2
   • Usage limit — how many times it can be used (0 = unlimited)
   • Expiry date — date after which the code stops working

   Save and share the code

   The customer enters the code at checkout — the discount is applied automatically.

Tracking usage

In the promo code list you can see how many times each code has been used. Deactivate a promo code at any time — it stops working immediately.
