Quick Start: From Registration to Your First Order

What is Ordify

Ordify is a platform for accepting orders via Telegram Mini App. You create a store, set up your menu, connect a Telegram bot — and customers place orders directly in Telegram without installing any extra apps.

Step 1 — Register

   Open app.ordify.ru/register

   Fill in your name, email, phone number and password.

   Confirm your email

   You will receive an email with a 6-digit code. Enter it on the confirmation screen.

   Done — you're in your account

   Now you can create your first store.

Step 2 — Create your store

On your account home page, click "Create store".

   Name

   Enter a name — it will be displayed in the mini app.

   Slug (address)

   Choose a short address, e.g. mycoffee. Your store will be available at mycoffee.ordify.ru. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only.

   Category

   Choose your venue type: coffee shop, food, bakery or other.

   Plan

   Select a plan. The free Start plan is available to get going.

   Telegram bot token

   Create a bot via @BotFather and paste the token. See the bot setup article for details.

Step 3 — Set up your menu

After activation, open the store's Admin Panel (link: slug.ordify.ru/admin). Log in (username: admin, password — from the store card in your account).

Create at least one category and add products with photos and prices.

Step 4 — Connect the mini app to your bot

To let customers open the store directly from the bot, configure the Menu Button in BotFather. Detailed instructions — in the article "Connecting Your Telegram Bot".

Step 5 — First order

Open your bot in Telegram and tap the menu button — the mini app will open. Add a product to the cart and place an order. A new order notification will appear in the admin panel.
