Processing Orders: From New to Fulfilled

Full order lifecycle: accept, confirm, hand off to kitchen, notify the customer.

Order lifecycle

Every order goes through several statuses. Updating the status automatically notifies the customer in Telegram.

  • New — the order just came in, awaiting confirmation
  • Accepted — you confirmed the order, customer notified
  • In progress — order is being prepared
  • Ready — can be picked up or handed to courier
  • Fulfilled — customer received the order, points credited
  • Cancelled — order was cancelled

How to process an order

    New order notification

    The admin Telegram bot sends a notification. In the admin panel the order appears in "Orders" with status "New".

    Open the order

    Click the row — a card opens with the order contents, address and customer contacts.
  3. 3

    Change status to "Accepted"

    The customer will receive a notification that the order is confirmed.
  4. 4

    Update the status as you go

    "In progress" → "Ready" → "Fulfilled". Each change sends a notification to the customer.

Filtering and search

The order list has filters by status and date. Use them to quickly find a specific order or view only active ones.
