Connecting Your Max Bot via dev.max.ru

Why you need a bot in Max

The bot is the entry point for customers in the Max messenger. The customer finds the bot, taps a button and lands in the Ordify mini app with your menu and catalog.

Step 1 — Create a bot on dev.max.ru

   Open dev.max.ru

   dev.max.ru — the developer platform for the Max messenger.

   Sign in with your Max account

   Use the same account that the bot will operate from.

   Create a new bot

   Click "Create bot", fill in the name, description and upload an avatar.

   Copy the token

   In the API section there will be a long token string. Save it — you need it for Ordify.

Step 2 — Paste the token into Ordify

In your account, open the store card → "Store settings" → "Max Bot Token" field. Paste the token and click "Save". Ordify will automatically configure the webhook.

Step 3 — Set the Mini App URL in the bot

   Open dev.max.ru → your bot

   Go to your bot's settings.

   Mini App section

   Find the Mini App or Web App section in the bot settings.

   Paste the mini app URL

   https://slug.ordify.ru — replace slug with yours. Find it in the store card.

   Save

   An "Open app" button will appear in the bot chat.

Step 4 — Test

Find your bot in Max by username and open the chat. Tap the button — the mini app with your menu will open.
