Using Telegram and Max at the Same Time

How to configure Ordify for both messengers: one store, shared analytics, loyalty points sync across platforms.

One store — two messengers

Ordify supports running Telegram and Max simultaneously. One store, one menu, one admin panel — customers from both messengers see the same catalog and place orders.

How to connect both messengers

    Create a Telegram bot via @BotFather

  2. 2

    Create a Max bot via dev.max.ru

  3. 3

    Paste both tokens into Ordify

    In store settings, fill in the Telegram Bot Token and Max Bot Token fields.

    Done

    Both bots run in parallel with the same store.

Loyalty points sync across platforms

If a customer uses both Telegram and Max, their loyalty balance is merged automatically — provided the same phone number is used in both messengers.

The phone number is requested on first order checkout. Without a matching number the loyalty accounts stay separate.
