What metrics Ordify shows, how to track revenue, popular products and order trends.
What analytics shows
The "Analytics" section in the admin panel gives a snapshot of your store's key metrics. Here you can track revenue, order count and your most popular items.
Advanced analytics are available on Pro and Business plans.
Key metrics
- Revenue for period — total amount of all fulfilled orders
- Order count — how many orders were placed in the selected period
- Average order value — revenue ÷ order count
- New customers — how many unique users placed their first order
- Top products — best-selling items by quantity and revenue
How to use the data
Analyse top products: popular items are worth promoting via banners, unpopular ones — remove or rewrite the description. Watch your average order value — you can raise it with modifiers and combo offers.
Compare the same periods (e.g. this week vs last week) — that gives a true picture of growth.
Exporting data
The order list can be filtered by date and status. For more detailed analysis, export your order history from the "Orders" section.
